Sacramento ASA, like all of you, is concerned about the health effects for all of us including our kids related to the recent smoky conditions in the valley and foothills. We have decided that it is in the best interests of the participants involved that we cancel the tournament for this weekend and reschedule it for another weekend. 

We will be rescheduling the tournament to July 12th and 13th. We will announce locations at a later time. If your team is unavailable to participate in the rescheduled weekend, please email me as soon as possible and let me know. We will issue refunds if you decide not to participate.  

Please remember that if your team would like to play in Western Nationals, you will need to participate in the rescheduled event. I understand there is a tournament in Pleasanton that weekend, so if you were planning to participate in that, please contact them first thing Monday to see if they will let you drop. That should be plenty of notice for them to be able to refund you. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your teams but we believe it is important to follow the recommendations provided by the County Health Advisory Board. ASA is here for the development of its athletes and we do not want to jeopardize their health.
