The Hilton Sacramento Arden West is pleased to offer special softball  rates to teams participating in ASA sanctioned tournaments. These rates are offered subject to hotel availability and advance reservations are required. In some cases a two night minimum stay is required.  

Individual Reservations:
To check availability and secure your room, please call the hotel reservations department at 1-800-344-4321 and request the "Softball Rate" (Group Code YSB)  

Team Reservations (five or more rooms per night)
To check availability and secure team reservations for five or more rooms per night, complete and return the attached Team Reservation Request via fax to the Hotel Reservations Department at 916-922-8418.  Team rate and requested room types are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel.
