Registration News
Sacramento ASA would like to make you aware of a change to the Individual Registration Process. This change has come from the ASA National Office. The ASA has dissolved their partnership with Virtual Tournament Director (VTD) which was effective November 1st, 2009. The ASA National Office has developed an Individual Registration Program where you will continue to individually register your players, coaches and managers.

While this system is currently up and running, Sacramento ASA will not be accepting ANY registrations until after January 1st.

This way that this system works is VERY different than the previous registration system. Cassi Rogers will be conducting training sessions starting after the first of the year and continuing through out the season in order to properly train each of our teams and leagues on how to use the program.

This program will be a fresh start for all teams and leagues and information will not be carrying over. However, once we perform your initial upload, players will stay in the system as they have in the past. Please know that since this is a new system, you will be required to submit new release forms for coaches and birth certificates for any player ordering a photo ID card.

Please WAIT TO RECEIVE TRAINING BEFORE LOGGING ON TO THE NEW SITE. If you do try to log in, you will not be able to do anything because we have to approve your role.

Once you have your players/staff ready, please contact our office and we will set up a training session.

Please remove any previous link/bookmark that you had to the previous system. Then, go to your browser and type www.registerasa.com.
