  • 12-24 Teams Tournament.

  • $150.00 Entry Fee per team, check postmarked by July 18th, 2008 (Add $25 after 7/18/08).

  • Umpires available

  • Double Elimination

  • Home runs (1 and 1 with equalizer)

  • 8:00 AM start Saturday

  • ASA Men’s rules will be used.

  • Current ASA Banned Bat List will be used for all bats.

  • Each team Must be registered with ASA (If, you need to get registered please contact me ASAP or contact your Local State/Metro Commissioner.

  • Trophies for the Winners and Runner-up teams.

  • T-Shirts for winning team members (Not to exceed 15 players).  Other T-Shirts will be available for purchase.

  • Majority of the proceeds will go to the selected Charitable Organization recipient. (Some monies will cover some of the expenses).

Purpose of Charity Fund-Raiser: Who will be helped?  Boys, girls, young men, young women, Women & Men of all ages who are having troubles in relationships and challenges in their lives.

Organizations that will benefit: Big Brothers & Sisters, Teen Challenge Groups, YMCA, Local After-School Programs, and other charitable groups.

Potential changes or benefits to the Community: Resurgence in family values.  People learning the importance of their actions & how to help others in need.

Fund raiser goal amount in dollars: Estimated $5,000.00 per event.

Importance of the cause: To change how young men, young women, women & men live their lives and the roles they play in the lives of the youth.

Benefits of being a supporter or participant: Helping others and making our world a better place to live now and for the future
